Application and characteristics of packaging film

Packaging film is used for the sale and transportation of various products, and its main function is to stabilize, cover and protect the products. It is nonflammable, not afraid of climate change and stable. PVC has good resistance to oxidants, reductants and strong acids. Qualified PVC chairs will not do harm to the body. Those with a good bad smell are inferior products. Please use them carefully. Generally, plastic products will have a little smell, which will generally disappear or decrease after some normal use.

The packaging film is shaped and manufactured after being stretched in a high temperature environment and when the temperature drops rapidly. However, when the packaging film is used, it is heated to the stretching temperature again, and the molecular segments of the material return to the disorderly curled state, that is, it shows the phenomenon of thermal shrinkage. When the packaging film is cooled to room temperature, it produces cold shrinkage force, which makes the shrink film compact.

If the shrinkage rate of packaging film is too high or the shrinkage force (including heat shrinkage force and cold shrinkage force) is too high, it will easily lead to the increase of film consumption and too tight, which will lead to the deformation of yogurt cup or the breakage of film; If the shrinkage rate of the packaging film is small or the shrinkage force is too low, it is easy to appear that the film does not fit the yogurt cup and the packaging is loose, which leads to the easy fall-off of the even-cup product. Therefore, before using the packaging film, we should strictly monitor the related shrinkage properties, such as shrinkage, heat shrinkage force, cold shrinkage force and other performance indicators, in order to ensure that the external packaging of yogurt multi-cup is compact and not easy to be damaged, and reduce the packaging cost.

Characteristics of packaging film:
