Difference between automatic packaging film and packaging bag

Many guests who make packaging bags for powdery and granular products will have a question. We obviously want to make packaging bags, but they rolled the film for me, which has caused some minor misunderstandings. Its automatic packaging film is also a kind of packaging bag, which is the last process of making packaging bags. Simply speaking, it is one less process of making bags. The advantage is that the cost is lower than that of making bags, and many small packaging bags can be made at the same price. We all know that the smaller the product, the more packaging bags are needed, such as snack packaging bags, candy packaging bags, cereal chocolate packaging bags and so on, so it is an affordable choice to make automatic packaging and film rolling.

Let's first understand the process of packaging bag, which is helpful to distinguish the difference between automatic packaging film and packaging bag!

First, plate making. In the early stage, it is necessary to confirm the size of the source file and bag, and then engrave the plate on the copper plate.

Second, printing, after the copper plate is engraved, it is printed on the computer.

Third, curing, the purpose of curing is to dilute harmful substances and reduce residues and odors, such as the smell of glue ink.

Fourth, cutting, when we print, usually several bags are printed on the same film, which makes full use of materials and saves costs. The purpose of cutting is to separate these printed bags. If it is made into automatic packaging and film rolling, it can be directly rolled up with a roller. 

Fifth，bag making: making the printed film into the desired bag type, such as three-sided sealing, four-sided sealing, eight-sided sealing packaging bags, etc.
