Printing method of heat shrink film

Because thermoplastic film is a thermoplastic film that is stretched and oriented during the production process and contracted by heat during use. Therefore, no matter which printing method is used for printing, the longitudinal shrinkage rate and transverse shrinkage rate of the material and the allowable deformation error of the decorative graphic in all directions after shrinkage should be taken into account before the design of the surface pattern, so as to ensure the accurate restoration of the pattern, text and bar code shrunk to the container.

1. The level of the pattern

Limited by the shortcomings of flexographic printing, if the thermoplastic film is flexographic, the level of the image should not be too delicate, while the use of gravure printing can require the image to be richer.

2. The direction of the pattern

The thermoplastic film adopts gravure printing and flexographic printing, and our printing method is mainly the surface printing method, and the pattern direction on the printing plate should be the reverse phase. Other thermoplastic films that also have the inner printing method, if this is the case, the direction of the pattern on the printing plate should be positive.
