Production process of PE film

    Firstly, the dried polyethylene particles are added into the hopper, and the particles enter the screw from the hopper by their own weight. When the particles contact with the inclined edges of the thread, the rotating inclined edges face the plastic to generate a thrust perpendicular to the inclined edges, pushing the plastic particles forward. During the pushing process, the plastic particles gradually melt due to the friction between the screw and the barrel, the collision friction between the plastic and the particles, and the external heating of the barrel. The molten plastic passes through the head filter screen to remove impurities and comes out of the die mouth of the die. After inflation and air ring cooling, it is pressed by a herringbone plate, and the finished film is rolled into a tube by a traction roller.
