1. the temperature is not enough. The working principle of the shrinking machine is actually relatively simple, that is, the speed is matched with the temperature, and when the temperature is low, the surface of the product will be wrinkled. If the temperature is high, the film will be scalded. Generally, PVC shrink film can be used at a temperature of about 150-180 degrees.

2. the size of the furnace is not suitable. There are two situations in which the size of the furnace is not suitable, one is that the furnace is too large, and the other is naturally that the furnace is too small. If the furnace is too large, the product will receive less temperature, PVC shrink film and most of the heat is difficult to concentrate together, so it is necessary to increase the shrink packaging machine to a very high temperature to shrink better. If the furnace is too small, the film will stick to the inner wall of the furnace and be burned.

3. There are no punctures in the PVC shrink film. This situation is mainly for the situation of automatic packaging of PVC shrink film, when the user's product needs to be fully packaged, the surface of the shrink film must be pierced with some small holes, so that the gas in the film can be emitted through the small holes when shrinking, otherwise the gas is in the film, and the film will bulge up.
