PVC label film is a kind of body-attached packaging material, which shrinks and clings to the package when exposed to heat (operated by heat source such as hair dryer), with good transparency and large shrinkage rate. It is mainly used in daily necessities, cosmetics, chemical industry, medicine, food, beverage, building materials, books and periodicals, toys, gifts, shoes, tableware, cultural and sports supplies, craft gifts, printed matter, hardware and plastic products, telephones, electronic appliances and so on. Especially in the combined packaging of irregular objects or commodities, it can not only meet the functions of dustproof, touch-proof and transparent display of commodities, but also increase the attractiveness of products. It can also be used to replace various cartons, which not only saves the packaging cost, but also conforms to the packaging trend.

PVC label film is the same as a water pipe, sealed on both sides, and open from top to bottom. It feels a little hard and brittle, and has a little taste when heated. Generally, it is not suitable for packaging food directly, but its shrinkage temperature is low and it is easy to shrink. General household hair dryers can shrink at will;  

Briefly introduce how to use and measure the size of articles:

1. PVC label film is a double-layer cylindrical film with two sides sealed and two sides open, which is brittle and hard. When you choose, please measure the circumference of the product so as not to buy a shrink film that is too small for the product to fit in. The width of the film = half of the perimeter of the article +0.5-2cm (0.5cm for small-sized products and 1-2cm for large-sized products). If it is relaxed a lot, it will affect the plastic packaging effect.  

2. Put the product on the shrink film and make a gesture. The shrink film is longer than the product, so you can cut it out, or you can directly wrap the product into it and cut it off with a sealing machine. At this time, the sealing machine not only cuts off the film but also seals one side. Generally, the flat pocket has obvious four corners after sealing, so you can cut off the excess film in those four corners.

3. After the product is wrapped, put it in a heat shrinkable machine or blow it with a hot air gun (generally more than 1200 watts), it can shrink. At this time, the film will stick tightly to the surface of the product, and you can stop according to your satisfaction. Hair dryers used at home can also be used for heat shrinkage.
