Shrinkage method of PVC heat shrinkable film

Many items we often use at ordinary times are inseparable from the packaging of PVC in heat shrinkable film, which is widely used, but for people who have just come into contact with it, we don't know which shrinkage method is better. Here will introduce several common packaging methods of PVC heat shrinkable film.

The first method is to shrink with boiling water: its principle is the same as that of steam heat shrinkable machine, and the shrunk product has beautiful packaging;

The second is to use a hair dryer: the shrinkage effect is exerted by heating with a hair dryer, and the operation is more convenient and quick. The shrinkage of hair dryer is also suitable for the packaging of products with different shapes, which saves the heating process of using shrinkage machine. But this shrinkage method is suitable for the packaging of small quantities of products, while the packaging of large quantities of products may be too slow. (The hair dryer is limited to PVC material, because the temperature required by PVC material is relatively low. For other materials, such as POF/PE/PET, hot air guns can be used for shrinkage. )

The third shrinkage method is to use a thermal shrinkage machine, which is suitable for continuous mass production of shrinkage products in factories and has a wide range of applications, such as POF heat shrinkable film, PVC heat shrinkable film, PE heat shrinkable film and so on.
